Contest Rules
How the Contest Works
1. Submission and Review
All submitted spaces undergo a brief editorial review. Once approved, your project will be published and immediately available for public voting.
To keep the contest fair, entries submitted during the last 3 days of the month automatically roll over to the following month's contest. This gives every space equal time to be viewed and voted on.
2. Voting
• Registered members can rate a space from 1 to 10. Each member can rate a space once per contest.
• You can't rate your own spaces.
• Final scores are based on both the average rating and the number of votes received. This way results reflect consistent community feedback, not isolated high scores.
3. Contest Cycle and Placement Rules
Each space can participate in up to 3 monthly contest cycles, unless it is archived earlier or becomes a winner.
Top 1–3: Winners are archived and no longer eligible to compete in the same category.
4th–9th place: Automatically roll over to the next month's contest (up to 3 times) or until they reach the Top 3.
10th place and below: Also roll over for up to 3 months, with the chance to improve their ranking.
After three monthly cycles, any space that has not reached the Top 9 will be archived. It will remain publicly visible but no longer eligible for voting or prizes.
4. Prize Eligibility
Each month, only the three most active categories — based on the number of unique submissions and total votes — are eligible for prizes.
To qualify for prizes, a category must have at least 10 unique designers and at least 10 unique voters.
To win a prize, a space must receive at least 3 votes from different members. If fewer than three spaces in a category reach this threshold, the remaining prize places stay unawarded for that month. Spaces that don't reach the threshold are not penalized: they roll over to the next month's contest as usual.
5. Fair Play
• One account per person. Creating or using multiple accounts to vote is not allowed.
• Asking friends, clients and followers to vote is welcome. Offering payment or rewards for votes, or using automated or fake accounts, is not.
• Before prizes are paid, we review the votes for every winning space. Votes that break these rules are removed, and results are recalculated.
• We may disqualify spaces or accounts involved in vote manipulation. In that case, the prize passes to the next eligible space.
• Our decision on eligibility and results is final.
These rules apply from the October 2026 contest, with results announced on November 1, 2026.
